100% looks like construction site. . you can see the gurders (metal rods) that they put in the concrete when building another floor of a building.

the difference between the ground is just seasons (time of year)

so whats happened. there is a building and the construction workers were making a new floor, so they took the roof off (as you can see) and started putting gurders in the wall to build on top of the existing floor. and then RAW came and took a photo and made out they bombed it. jokers
