Yes, Chinese people proud of their culture.

But, the Chinese people discrimination to other countries culture?
No! We also respect the cultural traditions of other nations!

We used to regard anybody who were not Han to be 蛮夷, "barbarians". You would honestly say the average Chinese respect African culture alot? How about all those slurs we refer to foreigners by?

Everybody discriminates in some way. If somebody claims he's completely racial or cultural bias-free, he's either a hippie lying to himself or up to something. We are not saints and should not pretend to be.

Racism and ethnocentrism are both opinions. As long as it does not get codified in law, express them all you want. I'm all about freedom of speech. I myself lost track of how many times I've been called a "Chink". But hey, while it might stink, it's their opinion.

Like you said racism is not right but it is still reality everywhere across the world.

As for African culture its not exactly something respected by most people anywhere so its beside the point

As far as communist chinese are concerned PAKISTAN is a staunch ally of all communist chinese. We in Pakistan also support ONE CHINA POLICY.

I believe racism is a universal trait, it just occurs more in certain cultures and fester more in certain environment than others. For example racism is still deeply rooted in American culture, though not mainstream still exist today and is divided into many different interpretations of racism. Mexicans racism towards blacks and vice versa is usually different from white racism towards other races. There's many different degrees of racism, but we can all agree that stereotyping an entire race base on your own personal experience or views and then trying to justify it is the prime example of racism, which cannot be justified. Environmental factor has alot to do with it, I agree most Chinese people feel they are culturally superior but i don't see them as arrogant or racists, most of the Chinese expats i have met anyways. I can tell a racist from just the way he talks and the superior attitude he tries to project, being proud of one culture i don't consider racist. Racist people usually tries to justify their superior attitude towards others, ironically these people almost always do not have any real responsibilities in their lives, to make it clear, they are dead weight losers.

So now it comes down to picking out Han instead of Manchu. But there are no problems associating modern day Americans, who elected a black President, with 18th century Americans, while modern day Han Chinese still have a problem with a mixed blood Chinese girl...
