Common Rape/Harassment Cases in India Benefiting Women Empowerment

Lately I was running through the internet and something just instantly became viral .. the fact that India is now notorious for rape, suppression and disrespect for women, a similar case happened again ...

A woman on an airline flight was being harassed by a 60 year old man ... the result, well ... insane.

It was very clever of the women .. she took out her phone and boom! Started making a video!

However, now that world thinks of that businessman as a corrupt and disrespecting person, what are the chances that it really was happening? I don't wish to defend men or anything like that, I still feel the people raping must get capital punishment, however, it is not essential that all men are rapist! It could be something else.

What the woman did to the businessman would ofcourse transform his life forever but he can also be apologizing for the fact that he doesn't want to be on camera. ..

When I saw this video I was supporting the woman but a minute later something struck me that how women can actually benefit from it? To tell ten people that a man raped you .. the nation stands up .. you tell the world that the woman is falsely accusing you of rape, you are still a culprit ...

In some crimes you are innocent until proven guilty, in others you are guilty unless proven innocent. Rape and harassment are considered as latter.
