We need these ships at least 6

we wanted 4 milgem class corvette's .. but they are expensive as compared to their usage and class

How much does it cost ?

With Turkey setting up a base in Qatar, I expect Turkey and Pakistan to be conducting more joint exercises together.

though Milgem is expensive yet is more capable than any of current frigates of PN. We now should focus on more capable and stealthy platforms. Our current OHP is a sitting duck. The only frigates which have some capable Air/sea defense are our old Type21 frigates. F22Ps with SAMs having ranges up to 18km are quite vulnerable against enemy .
Our single OHP is a junk even if old harpoons are installed on it.

Why can't our navy do some JV with Turkish Navy just like our PAF did JV with China? Our navy seriously needs to set its priorities straight.

Pakistan and Turkey should cooperate more in regards to naval forces..

GCC-Turkey should develop a coordinating naval command to guard red-sea, suez, and Mediterranean...

Historically, Muslims have not focused much on naval forces---with changing times, Muslim nations should focus more and more on naval forces along with serious aerial capability.

That ship has sailed. Pardon the pun. Pakistan is no longer part of the regional security structure. It's basically irrelevant. As the Shah of Iran once told Pakistan, 'and why should I ally with you as you're incapable of defeating the Indians?'

The GCC countries no longer trust Pakistan and will probably be looking more towards Turkey and even India.

Pakistan will become relevant one way or the other. It is written in her destiny Dont you worry.

Fun fact Turkish name Bulent is the romanised version of Urdu/Persian name Buland

Lol, and why should we "defeat" indians so that Shah of Iran (who was overthrown himself lmao) can trust in your capabilities?

Our job is to contain india--which we have done pretty much on permanent basis now with nuclear deterrence up and working.

And I don't see indian forces landing in Saudi Arabia for a massive military exercise. India doesn't have much role outside the ganga lands (hindustan)..While Pakistan enjoys critical alliances and military relationships with many countries in the Arab World and Turkey as well.

We have maintained military presence in various Arab countries throughout the last century and we continue to do so even today. indians couldn't even maintain a peace-keeping presence in sri lanka lol..forget about anything else. indians are utterly irrelevant to outside world and have no network of alliances (solid, historical alliances that is) in international system. Saudi Arabia paid for our oil expenses as a final go-ahead for our nuclear tests. Anything like that for india by any such country? lol..forget that. Pakistani officers played a crucial role in saving the current Jordanian state as we know it...and I won't even talk about the military and state-to-state relationship between Pakistan and Turkey since its not a secret how Pakistan and Turkey are time-tested allies and friends and go above and beyond nominal alliances such as Indo-US or Indo-Russia.

It is india that is, and has been, irrelevant in terms of security networks in Middle-East, Persian Gulf, and so on. Pakistan has been a critical player and will most likely remain so.

Btw, correct your flags when the time permits

All of that was in the past based on strong relationships with the GCC powers and Turkey. The current government in Pakistan seems intent on ruining Pakistan's alliances. In such a situation, it will be natural for the GCC to tilt towards India as the greater power in the region.

What's this business about my flags?

LOL...india isn't a "greater power" in the region. india is just the larger country. india's capability to influence/play a part beyond its borders is much more limited as compared to Pakistan--which is part of a global network of alliances within Islamic World and has been a crucial founding member of various international organizations such as OIC etc. And not only that, Pakistan HAS BEEN playing active military role in Arab World throughout its existence. Even today, Pakistani forces landed to take part in the largest ever military exercises in Arab World (Thunder of North). Turks are coming over there as well.

Where's your india? LOL.

Well I read up on Naval Capabilities of Pakistan, F-22P seemed to make no sense to me, keeping to your analogy - Usage and Class. It would seem Milgem which is a corvette sized ship is more capable than a frigate.. Or am I missing something ?
