Wow, you're asking the Pakistanis here for Logic ; Well this is how it goes, Pakistanis see Nature wreaking Havoc on Pakistan, then they see a highly veiled secretive project called HAARP ; But Pakistan has been blessed by Allah himself as the land for the Muslims, so Allah and inductively Mother Nature is not to blame ; They see another example of Japanese quakes, not once but twice, and voila, you have HAARP blamed lock, stock and barrel. By the dynamics of the Two-Example Logical conclusion, HAARP is to blame, and by inductive logic, "The Great Satan" is to blame.
