The difference is that we don't make law like blasphemy law to legalize the killing of people who kills cow killers. They are protected and punished under same IPC code no 302 . Nobody supports them. We do not take out huge demonstration in support of the killers like we saw in Pakistan . They are not our heros but they are criminals like other.

I don't know why the west always demands to abolish the blasphemy laws of Pakistan. This is the safest way to ensure the punishment of blasphemers. Otherwise no one can guarantee the justice in lynching method. The blasphemer should be punished through courts. I don't know why the westerners want Pakistanis to decide the matters on roads.

Section 295C of Pakistan Penal Code or blasphemy law in other words is simply a law which defines the penalty of a blasphemer. It has nothing to do with the Law of Evidence and Criminal Procedure Code. You can demand the enhancements in law of evidence and the procedure to proceed the case but bashing a simple section of PPC is just because of the lack of knowledge. Punishment of a blasphemer is death. It is as simple as about the punishment of a traitor or an enemy agent.

This law was taken to the high courts, federal shariat court and supreme court many times and every time it was cleared by the courts. The matter of asia bibi is also in supreme court. I want to request senior members of PDF that you should not become molvi fazlullah by openly abusing the law of land and also don't become nawaz sharif by refusing to accept the verdict of court. A blasphemer should be punished by courts otherwise people will do the same thing on streets and we have some probability that street justice will not be transparent.

traitor is always rewarded by our secular media, the corrupt elite and above all the dominating factor i.e. "foreign pressure". We cannot even punish a target killer if he is associated with a local MPA or UC Chairman.

Btw some 700 syrian muslim died by in Ghouta in the last 1 week by Assad regime bombing. Before millions of rohingyas got ethnically cleansed while christian militas slaughtered Muslims CAR.
