Well in that case India can say the the same ting that he was captured inside India and there is nothing much pakistan can do about.
Funny you say that, because Nepal, where he was kidnapped, says otherwise. Unlike India, Pakistan has proof of where he was kidnapped.

.
So butt hurting Bharat is this aim of this episode other then a thriller film making :D

:D we don't have a super hero like Sunny Deol so we are bad at the making any thriller .

On a serious note the entire shushma tweets and Indian government going to ICJ is in fact linked to saving from butt-hut otherwise the poor father of Capt Kalia had been crying since long begging Indian government to go to ICJ but Indian government paid no heed so far despite years passed.

.
CCTV footage from Nepal disagrees with the merit of your suggestion.

The CCTV only establishes he landed in Nepal, where he went thereafter with whoever he was seen with is anyone's guess.

Funny you say that, because Nepal, where he was kidnapped, says otherwise. Unlike India, Pakistan has proof of where he was kidnapped.

As per Pak narrative, he was last seen when he disembarked a plane at an airfield in Nepal close to the Indian border.

Nothing else is certain.

Kidnapped is a Pak assumption .What proof does Pak have that he was kidnapped ?

.
We very well know who has picked him up and that's why his kidnapping by Indians was made public indirectly through media to stop India making some bullsh*t story. As far as our ministers are concerned, well never mind, they will remain clueless even if their wives are sleeping with others as they are too occupied with power and corruption.
THE AREA he was last seen is not a safe area. full of notorious smugglers, kidnappers and criminals. they use the porous border for their activities. so dont assume things.

What if we 10 sunny deols on each side how much w save on whole defence appratus :D

In case of Catain Kalia we cant go to ICJ as Pakistan denied any hand in Kargil and it was done by Non state actors and how can we take non state actors to ICJ , even if we go to ICJ ,will it bring him back alive but in this case the person seems alive (might be dead by now) , so whats expected from a govt is to do what ever possible to help the living person .... but frankly speaking , I still think he is dead and a spy can never be a terrorist and a terrorist can never be a spy as spies are too valuable to be a terrorist ........

The fact that he's missing, and the job offer he got was a fake. Classic human trafficking case.

Let's not play these games, you and I both know that India took him, Pakistan and Nepal just can't prove it yet.

Now that you are say ' you & I know that.."

I am sure & possibly you too may be that intelligence officers never stop & when they do and seek another employment they are monitored to the hilt & beyond. An ISI officer looking for a ' job' must have reported to his parent orgnisation who would have done a detailed ref check. Assuming of course that the story is true , which is difficult to believe. To call this human trafficking is silly. If the story is right either he or his parent orgnisation is silly - or both.

He was no spring chicken.

All thats coming to light are assumptions made by Pak & they may carry weight inside Pak not outside.

India trapped and kidnap Retired Colonel Habib in order to blackmail Pakistan to get Commander Kalbushan back in a exchange but they did a mistake, they arrested or kidnapped him inside Nepal especially they area known for R&AW activities and everyone knows that in this border area Indian forces move without the permission of Nepal further they didn't announce he arrest for such a long time and now they don't have option to announce it since they know it will lead them in trouble.
India fails to blackmail Pakistan over k.Y case and now they have only two option to kill him or put him in jail but they can't use him against Pakistan like K.Y.

you call last place where he was seen as proof? Well India might argue thats the place from where he entered India.

All these assumptions are useless given that nobody knows for sure where he is in the first place.
