But then what happened , afghan intellgence , the likes of amerullah salleh and rehmatullah nabil, whose main purpose of life was anti pakistan activities . They release the news of mullah umer death along with their indian masters . What you thought that the ghani and NDS dont know about mullah umer death , everyone in the intelligence circle know but releasing the news at the time was a clear indication that kabul establishment dont want talks even if ghani does....

What is the purpose of talks ? The purpose is that you must share some power with the taliban .....
But your leaders are too hungry now for power , they are not ready to share even the lowest positions . So what would they offer to the taliban to come to the negotiating table . Nothing ...
Now they dont want the taliban issue to be solved because that means their aid would stop ... the forign forces would go and their fake regime would crumble in minutes before very popular taliban....
If they are sincere then why not they themselves talk to taliban and offer them something that taliban can never resist ....and come to negotiations.
Both taliban and ghani are afghans .... both are fighting for their country . The one having power must offer the weak one something that he would end violence and be the part of the process of building afghanistan ..
A chance in the form of cepc has arrived , it is high time that afghans sort their issues , kick india *** and join in together to built both countries ..... every corner of afghanistan would be connected and also it connects central asian countries too ....
Even a common afgan knows that indias only interest in afghanistan is to hurt pakistan and nothing else ....
It is on record that rehmatullah nabil and amerullah salleh have hidden ttp in afghanistan and is giving santuries to baluch rebels ... some baluch accept that amerullah salleh help them hide , escape and do anti pakistan activities ...
