What's new

COAS arrived Tehran, Iran on official visit - DG ISPR

. . . .
Shame. Closet Shia detected. He should be preparing a plan to attack Irani mullahs. Instead he is cavorting with them. Has he forgotten -

  • Iran attacked Pakistan
  • Iran gave help to India
  • Iran is friends with Modi
Time to call @BATMAN
Iran is also in deep deep sh$t right now lmao. Look at the reports coming out of the nation. It's in complete chaos

Iran has always faced protests, this is nothing new. These recent protests are quite few in number in comparison to earlier protests under Ahmadinejad.
I wouldn't say that. These protests are bug enough for iran to go completely dark.

I've heard the same for years and years since at least 1997. And nothing changes.

But in any case, COAS visiting and protests have nothing to do with each other.

We'll see

Absolutely.

I just don't like to exaggerate what the media/twitter tries to. Iran-level protests right now are not at the level of the 'Green' revolution during Ahmadinejad second term election. Those were big, yet the government of Khamanei is still there today. Not saying this won't turn into that size, there is still a chance since the protests have hit 100 cities. However protesting is common in Iran's history and not just under the Islamic gov, but also under the previous governments.

The protests in Syria and subsequent civil conflict started like 11 years ago. There were high level defections in political and military class. Even some Christians and Alawites left Bashar. The Syrian state at one time only held to 25% of its original territory. But Bashar is still there today. In Iran there are no high level defections or cracks in the state. The deep state, IRGC, million-man Basij, intelligence services, military are all intact. Cracks in the aforementioned will be a real game-changers.

This is why I'm against making a country a "glass house" especially when iran has been throwing stones at all its neighbors too. Look how out of control Hong kong is. Which is a perfect example of a glass house

I'm Shia and proud Pakistani take your baisedness against Shia and migrate to holy UAE who gave hugs kisses and medals to Modi. Dont bring this Shia sunni BS in Pakistan. Your kind needs to stay away from land of pure. We don't need your kind in Pakistan. There is no Shia Pakistan and no Sunni Pakistan nor Indus Pakistan. Its Pakistan for Pakistani's. Ps Shia means group or pure so there Pakistan land of pure for pure group. Now how you feel about that? You live in a country whose founder was Shia Quaid e Azam name Jinnah come from a Shia belief of horse called Zul Jinnah which was horse given to Imam Hussain by prophet Muhammad (may peace be upon him) himself. So shame on you you piss in the same plate that you eat. Now go and try to change that history and your lovely mullahs were against the creation of Pakistan. So stop your hate mongering against muslims.

Fellows, let's not spread sectarian stuff here. And let's ask the right question first - Why is the COAS visiting Iran?

Obviously, this visit appears out of the blue, or at least it was kept under wraps. So there is something or somethings going on. So what can it be?

I think he was being sarcastic.

This is something every country does, Iran is not special in this regard.

Its been years asking our friends here not to indulge into such sinister drive. Alas, if people could understand the reason and lest not get into such kind of discussion.

One of the spot on posts.

In my view, COAS is there assisting peace drive between KSA & Iran as well as securing our borders and not to let hostile take advantage of any loophole between Pakistan & Iran. Speaking of both countries; we can't ignore what is going on Afghanistan and Iran is also a party into Afghanistan peace having a neighborhood. Furthermore, India has been using Iranian advantage for so long & as the Iran-GCC ice is melting; there is dire need to cut short Indian hegemony plans. Also, China is playing yet another big part for Afghanistan peace while not so comfortable with India but China has good relations with Tehran as well. Above all, Kashmir is the topic which is being highlighted as one of the could be reason for upcoming India Pakistan conflict.

So all in all; there are lot of things going on and Pakistan is surely being given responsibility in this regard especially when all these subjects are directly concerning us & have consequences as well if not handled in time & properly. Our strategical alliances will define our course of action in future and that shouldn't be taken on the lighter side. This particular visit will cover a lot of things but most importantly about decreasing hostility between Iran & GCC.
