Normal people do not speak in such manner. Are these commentators on drugs or something that they are yelling all the time? It is not like if you shout it louder it gets to be more true or something. And what are their qualifications in judging this type of footages: have the ever seen news crews at work in their own living environment? For if it was, they could just shoot the scene without asking people to line up with those placards and place flowers etc. If it was real they would just walk into the crowd and pan their camera around and shown the scene.

One might find the insinuation in bad taste but I'm talking purely about a news corporation, in this case, CNN, staging/faking an event that they peddled as news.

For example, their report of Syrian civil war is completely pro Al Qaeda and terrorism.

The Deep State.... old wine in new bottles. The power and influence of the civil service is an old, well known and well documented phenomenon in political science and public administration. Let's not pretend that giving it a new, somewhat menacing, name adds anything new. The deep state has existed for a long, long time, without necessarily implying a conspiracy of sorts.

In countries with a "strong state" tradition (e.g. France, Germany), this is well understood. In countries with a weak state tradition (e.g. US), it is less so and, boy, do some there panick about it (as if it is an huge intentional conspiracy). Then again, there are few countries that are stronger 'anti-government' than the USA.
