If no TPP,then nothing can control Russia. US soon will have to leave Pacific region, Russia soon will replace US to take control of JP and take back half of German, also take some lands back from CN.

Its time for VN to re-think abt unifying Sub Mekong region to get stronger and make more bussiness wt other ermeging economy.
