Not a nearly strong enough response, but at least better than everyone else. The government is virtually nonexistent in Pakistan. A coalition member of the government has the guts to blatantly term an entire Pakistani province as Afghan territory and there is not even a condemnation or a response from the people in charge. Pakistani politics is a complete mess. Pakistan doesn't have a leader. Worse, the elected leader of this nation has been out of the country for weeks now. No one knows who is in charge and what Nawaz Sharif is doing in London. It is an utter disgrace and I find it very odd how the people of Pakistan are putting up with all this nonsense.

I would now ask all the supporters of PML(N) that where is chest thumping and mic breaking Shahbaz Sharif right now? Where is Danyal Aziz? Where is Mr Parvez Rashid now and most importantly where is Govt right now? Wud they dare rubbish the statement of their ally Mr CHAKZAI? Do they even consider that KPK is part of Pakistan or as its been ruled by PTI led govt so thats why anyone would not even bother to counter this statement???

Those so-called comments have no bearing here. If they were part of federal government, their stances would be different too. Remember u-turn slogan? PMLN stances has been consistent for a reason. Basically, Nawaz Sharif is expected to toe Pakistan army's line, which is to strengthen the relationship with Afghanistan for many reasons including CPEC and taking certain factor out of the equation like India. It is part of Pakistan army, commissioned by General Raheel to ensure Pakistan-Afghanistan campaign succeeds against all the odds, and imperative for the big picture head, thus pro-Afghanistan stances by Pakistan army and PMLN lately. Remember, power sharing that forced on PMLN? Now Pakistan army calls shot on foreign policy, including certain areas on Pakistan border gifted to Afghanistan as token of peace offering which in result backfired badly leaving General Raheel feeling dejected. Pakistan army was silent on that occasion for that reason. Because Pakistan army still focusing on the bigger picture here; Pakistan-Afghanistan, even if it is becoming fantasy. Pakistan army must have reason to do so considering more than 500 million rupees have been invested on Afghanistan for reason. As for celebrity with minimal influence, they have no bearing, therefore they can afford to make bold statement since they are not answerable unlike PMLN and General Raheel Sharif.

These Afghan refugees have always been a huge burden on Pakistan from economy perspective. In addition to that, we were living a very peaceful life in this land of pure until these Afghan refugees infiltrate into Pakistan here during Afghan war. The more they stay here, the difficult it would be for us to eradicate the cancer of terrorism from Pakistan. I think that government should adopt a phased approach here to push them back from where they came.
