Apparently he has no confidence in the abilities of his finance team so he resorted to sought out advice from President of Forex Association. The problem is that Rupees for years had been supported by borrowed money.
At the moment, by Loan Deposits from SA, UAE and China and in the past Ishaq Dar borrowed dollar from open market at rate above 8% through 25 limited companies, which provided sovereign guarantees from stat of Pakistan. To top it all, the crook didn't include the borrowing in the official figures.
Pakistan had been technically bankruptted for years now.
Why everyone is surprised that rupees is going down and down!!

When PTI took over, they realised there was nothing in the kitty, so IK ran around and gathered enough loan to keep the boat floating. PTI left the rupees to find its right value in exchange. Something Dar was deliberately keeping high, by interferring in the open markets to support Rupee. In the process he lost billions of dollars which should have been used for reserves.

My dear I disagree. Bostan probably knows far more and better than Miftah. Miftah is a crook. It doesn't matter how much education a crook and criminal gets, he would still be dangerous for the country.
Secondly, without shadow of a doubt Miftah is a dual faced monster.
