NO.. It has increased the earnings of players plus local talent can show what he can do.
IPL has given many talents to India.
Mumbai team was not in full form thats why lahore defeated them.

Because of Ipl.. They (BCCI) are getting huge money through this..and thus they have become the richest cricket board.
And also Indian govt getting money by taxes.
