Tell me when chinese economy crossed $2 trillion?
In 2004-05..When export value of china crossed $300 billion..in 2000-01
I highly doubt upcoming indian average economic growth will be remained at double digits in next10-15 years as China made it from 2000-2015

Historical GDP of China - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
In 2004-05..When export value of china crossed $300 billion..in 2000-01
China Integrated - China's Production Costs are Steadily Decreasing, Year after Year
China's recently showed a slowing-down because it is undertaking a transformation and upgrading of its mode of economy, the primal era of development is over, and as to india, that era hasn't even started

highly doubt it

No biased and wrong data plz...
per capita gdp of Indian is 1/4th of chinese...From where you have got data that 1 billion of indians are living in slums??!!
yes 20-30% Indians are very poor..20% are just above poor level or in between poor and middle class 30% middle class 15-20% are upeer middle class or rich...and slum problems occur mostly in mumbai and some eastern cities in Bihar, eastern UP,Jharkhand....And slum population in mumbai are migrated workers from Bihar,UP
which means india got a 45%-50% of its population as middle-class?you wanna make me laugh azz off?:omghaha:

My bad...
10-20% very poor,10-15 less poor,30% are just above poor level or in between poor and middle class
20-30% are middle class(75% live in urban areas)10 % upper middle or rich...
Yea you are free to watch western propaganda...just like you will search chinese cities in youtube you will find tons of "ghost cities of china" propaganda...yes there are poverty in India but there are also rich, middle class Indians
India is very diverse country not only in religion, geography, language but also in economic development, social economic development, living standard...
bye..i have to study for tomorrow class :D:D

which still means indian middle-class amounts to 30%-40% of its population,i don't see any sign of it that may save my azz from being laughed off:D

You guys are the people who has suffred a lot in past. So naturally you get excited with some economic progress. Ours is a different case. If not in 5 years than in 15 years, but bombay shall certainly surpass shanghai which is build on the grabbed land of poor people.
per capita GDP(China cities rank, county not included)
25 武汉 98527.20CNY 16039.46¥
34 上海 89444.22CNY 14560.82¥
The situation may be the same when talk about land, when the rank of Wuhan(武汉) and Shanghai(上海) is alike.
One of my classmate's apartment(or house, not bigger than 90m²) was pulled down when she got two apartments(bigger than 90m²) back and 50,000¥(30,0000CNY).
And Chinese gov build apartment for poor people, opposite to one of my apartment (high building),there are some buildings built for poor. Now the poor had cars, and they seemed okay.I hadn't a photo but it likes what u had posted (#15)

which still means indian middle-class amounts to 30%-40% of its population,i don't see any sign of it that may save my azz from being laughed off:D
India has its standard...so...
印度的中产阶级有一大堆孩子,收入又不高,一个人工作,就算2000/月也得过得像乞丐吧。。

That is other thing...Not double digit but 8-9% avg growth for sure
At that time China Bureau of Statistics indeed depress the data,10%+ is more of a real.
And China's GDP has a bottom count line, company 20,000,000+ CNY and the other 5,000,000+ CNY

I come here to see Chinese cities, not Indian rubbish. Worse of all most of these are renderings or real pictures on which has been imposed rendering. What fraud.

Can somebody tell the mods to clean this thread up.

Ps. That so called skyline of Mumbai has at least half rendering super imposed and thus is a forgery.

This is a residential building?

what's wrong with chinese now a days.. china moved ahead of us doesn't mean... we are going to stay there where ever we are right now... a decade ago yous have similar conditions like us... isn't funny chinese to talk like born with silver spoon.. common guys.. do you guys felt same that china will never going to catch up Japanese economic might? ??
Everything takes time, maybe 10 years, 20 years, 30 years... China has been hard for 30 years, but China is too big. big population. So, time is longer.

You guys are the people who has suffred a lot in past. So naturally you get excited with some economic progress. Ours is a different case. If not in 5 years than in 15 years, but bombay shall certainly surpass shanghai which is build on the grabbed land of poor people.
Ah yah, India's friend is good at using words summed up China's 30 years of effort.

Chinese netizens said the same very accurate -- -- -- --the country is not strong enough!!

Yeah you are mightier than the mightiest..
Understand onething...Indians admire Chinese for whatever you have achieved..and we strive to reach there..

I am sure you /fellow Chinese would have aspired to become like this few decades back..
when someone had said few decades to you that you guys will not reach there or compare your cities to theirs would it have made sense?
So stop whining and enjoy your success instead of doing silly comparisons with us...

If above doesn't make sense keep the thread title as it is:agree:
I read The Times of India and been eying Rediff comments about China. So I know The Indian friends arrogance. Both Please forgive me I can 't stand The insulting few.

Absolutely retarded to compare India to China. India should compare first to Mogadishu or Kabul and then talk
I've seen a Chinese scholar. In 1987, India's GDP per head is higher than China. The gap between the two countries began to expand after 1990. Now China's per capita GDP is $8016. PS. Tibetan basic salary of 14000 rupees (1400 RMB). So, can't stop hard, or only lag behind.
