The context here is wearing a Red Cap which appears to have triggered resentment . The wearer did not go to Church , just wore a cap .

but you didn't celebrate eid at your home?sacrifice an animal on eid to show your secularism?or offer namaz at home and show its pics on social network.
i eat Christmas cake many times and wish my Filipino colleagues happy Christmas.so i beleive in piece also.But celebrating other religions festivals at home is totally different thing.
he is not celebrating christmiss with his friends.he is celebrating it at his home in front of a chrismass tree with his child even he is a Muslim.

Personal life and choice then keep it at home.when you made it public then everybody has right to comment on it.some will agree and some will not.Those who are criticizing him have right to do it.
