You're right. As an individual she is irrelevant. But her views and thoughts reflect the approach of a large section of her country's establishment. We have to understand the mindset of the people who are trying to undermine us as a state, in order to defend ourselves effectively.

She continues to be a vociferous critic of the Pakistani Army and ISI, but her comments in the section you mentioned, about Pakistan's resilience, are accurate.

Of course C Fair's objective in pointing out Pakistan's resilience is to support her argument that the US should end aid to Pakistan, but she does support her argument from a Pakistani perspective in that US or other foreign aid perpetuates the issue of lack of reforms or poorly implemented reforms by Pakistani politicians/leadership.

I don't think many of us would disagree with the gist of her comments and arguments in that section (24:26 to 27:03), despite our disagreements with her criticism of the Pakistan Army and ISI.

I have noticed such admissions in a moment of relaxation from other anti-Pakistani nuts.

14th August, we did not choose the date, it was the 27th of Ramadan, it is the most sacred date in the Muslim calendar.

At independence, about 20-25% of Pakistans population consisted of refugees, countries would crumble under such pressures, especially without resources, but Pakistan with so many other challenges managed and grew stronger.

There were 4 people involved in hurting Pakistan in 1971. 3 civilians, 1 military, 3 different countries, and different systems, but look at the way they all died, it is too eerie to be ignored. I am not saying right or wrong, just how they met their end.

I always find it astonishing how someone like Christine, given her credentials and status talks about Pakistans "support of terror" as if she is completely wilfully ignorant of warfare which her own country proliferated. In the very same speech she casually talks about India and Afghanistan/Northern alliance doing the exact same thing to Pakistan, but this time it's not "terror". Hilariously she describes it as "supporting insurgencies". She doesn't recognise any similarity at all. Its utterly outside her comprehension. Neither does the host of the show. They both calmly carry on their conversation about "Pakistani terror" in what should have been a moment of reflection in most reasonable minds.

Gentle reminder to Christine what the other side of the coin looks like:
TTP (70k victims), LTTE (100k victims), Bengali nationalists (100-300k victims), RSS (100-200k victims in Jammu region alone).

If she is interested in breaking the cycle of violence, she needs to be more consistent with her colourful criticisms.
