india never supported ltte in 60 or 70's but was worried of the ill treatment of tamils there(our one state tamil nadu as emotional attachments with this issue of ill treatment of tamils in srilanka)but india decides to move things through dialogues
but the srilankan support to pakistan in 70 and 71'swar made indian government furious and hence had to give back wat srilankans had asked for

and yes we ar peacefull country oly with peacefull countries

The Indian government has followed the usual international travel procedures. Its the weasel like Chinese govt. that is trying to play underhand tactics by not giving valid visas to residents of Arunachal Pradesh. And then the Chinese will be clamoring all over the forum saying how peaceful they are. Its your provocations that escalate issues.
