Looking at the degree of completion of the building, the construction should have been started well before 3 months when the ban was announced and imposed. The contracts should have been signed even way before that!

Cancellation of the contracts, having the building stood there 80%~90% completed and then to fight for a legal battle of law suits between the government and the contractors?

Most Indian come to the US on the H1B visa, English is official language of Indian, they probably had some kind of graduate degree in India before they apply H1B visa to work in the US, as such Indian education background would benefit them in US college compare to other Asian ethnicity in which majority immigrate to the US to avoid from the prosecution. Vietnamese, Cambodia, Laos, come to US through family sponsorship in a much later time after the 1st wave of immigrant come to the US in the early 80's to the late 80's

LOL. The sillilness or rather the stupidity is the necessity to pass a regulation to prevent such misuse of public trust. Clearly accountabilty does not exist.

It is low IQ to not understand that competing an unwanted structure generates more loss than suspending an unwanted construction. Clearly you do not have even enough IQ to understand the principles of natural justice. No wonder pig eaters are desperate to shout high IQ to everyone around.
