China feels that its regional-power status got hit severly, when a small force like myanmar bombed and "killed" chinese, not once but twice.
To show some strength China staged the incursions.
This seems a lot legit

You action is same as modi making up story to mask India failure.

Beijing, Apr 2 (PTI) Myanmar today apologised to China for the cross-border aerial bombing that killed at least five Chinese nationals last month in southwest China's Yunnan Province.

"On behalf of the Myanmar government and military, I officially apologise to China and express my deep sympathy to the families of the victims and the injured," Myanmar Foreign Minister U Wunna Maung Lwin said during talks with his Chinese counterpart Wang Yi, state-run Xinhua news agency reported.

Lwin is visiting China as Myanmar President U Thein Sein's special envoy to discuss the aftermath of the bombing on March 13, in which five villagers were killed and eight others were injured, prompting China to deploy its warplanes and troops along the border after diplomatic protests.

Lwin said Myanmar recognises the conclusion of the joint investigation which stated Myanmar warplane bombing caused the death of the Chinese on the border.

Earlier Myanmar had denied its fighter planes were involved in the bombing.

The Myanmar planes were conducting operations against Kokoang rebels.

The main rebel force in?Kokang?is the Myanmar National Democratic Alliance Army (MDAA), who are ethnic Chinese and once formed part of the Communist Party forces in the region.

The MDAA is led by ethnic Chinese commander Peng Jiasheng who has reached a peace accord with the Myanmar government which lasted until 2009.

He again resurfaced recently prompting Myanmar to seek Chinese assistance to put him down. The conflict also resulted in several thousand refugees to take shelter in China.

During his meeting with Wang, Lwin said, "Myanamr is willing to keep in touch with China over compensation for the victims and injured.

"Myanmar will ensure those involved in the incident are accountable for and punished in accordance with law and strengthen domestic management to prevent similar incidents from happening."

Wang urged Myanmar to take this incident seriously and properly deal with it so as to protect bilateral ties.

Both foreign ministers agreed to work to maintain stability on the border and to develop China-Myanmar comprehensive strategic partnership.

You can live in delusion if you want. If there is no problem with Indian economic. There will be no news of Chinese incursion into India. :D

This cheap tricks were repeatly used by previous congress of Singh during his tensure to try pushing unity behind his congress.

But eventually, his economic failure bring him down and not Chinese incursion. :D

Vietnam, India keen to step up security, defense cooperation

Vietnam’s Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung and visiting India’s national security adviser Ajit Kumar Doval have showed the determination of both countries to foster their defense and security cooperation.

Vietnam wishes to deepen cooperation with India in all fields on the basis of their special trust, particularly in national defense and security, PM Dung said at his meeting on April 3 with his Indian guest who has been on a visit to Vietnam, according to the Vietnam News Agency.
The PM said that the two nations have long-standing friendship relations and that Vietnam always remembers the great support and assistance the Indian people gave to Vietnam during its struggle for independence as well as national reconstruction.

Vietnam always supports India’s “Act East” policy as well as its strengthening of strategic partnership with the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, PM Dung said.

While calling on the two countries to promote cooperation in all fields from politics to economics, trade and investment, the PM asked India to step up cooperation with Vietnam in defense and military technology, particularly in personnel training in the air force, navy and intelligence.
The Vietnamese leader also wanted stronger cooperation in cyber security and preventing and combating terrorism and hi-tech crimes.

For his part, Ajit Kumar Doval said India will be always a companion with Vietnam in any circumstances, and emphasized that a stable, developed and prosperous Vietnam is of India’s interest.

The Indian adviser affirmed India would do all it can to assist Vietnam in defense and security, specifically defense industry, military technology, intelligence, personnel training, cybercrimes and cyber security.

In respect of the East Vietnam Sea issue, the Indian official reiterated India’s stance that ensuring navigation freedom in the East Vietnam Sea is of great importance.

He stressed that India would not accept any unilateral action to change the status quo in the sea area and that all disputes must be solved through peaceful measures based on international law.

Doval also visited Thailand last week.

It seems China and India are headed on a collision course. Only a matter of time a single shot is fired and a live fire skirmish begins.
Sorry to burst your bubble, but that's not going to happen.

LEH/NEW DELHI: Indian and Chinese troops recently had two face-offs along the line of actual control (LAC) in Ladakh, in the same area where People's Liberation Army had pitched camps in April 2013 leading to a three-week long stalemate.

According to officials in the know of developments, the Chinese troops came to Burtse and Depsang areas in north of Ladakh, first on March 20 and then on March 28, apparently as part of attempts to reach Old Patrol Point, the last established base of Indian security forces.

The PLA troops made attempts to push the Indian troops back but these were thwarted, they said.

Vigilant Indian troops displayed the banners in Chinese asking the PLA to return to their side, the officials said.

Ever since this incident, the Indian troops have been carrying out regular patrols to higher points along the LAC to keep check on movement of the PLA.

India and China share over 4,000 km of LAC. China claims approximately 90,000 sq km of territory in Arunachal Pradesh besides 38,000 sq km in Jammu and Kashmir sector.

The area where the Chinese troops came had seen 21 days standoff between PLA and Indian Army in April 2013 which took place ahead of the then Chinese premier Li Keqiang's visit to India. It was sorted out after hectic round of negotiations following which the Chinese troops withdrew.

China has been in denial mode over repeated incursions by the PLA. During the 2013 incident, then then spokesperson for the ministry of national defence Colonel Geng Yansheng had said that such issues happen because the boundary line has not been demarcated and both sides have different interpretation on the line of actual control.

China has been eyeing this area as it gives advantage to India to overlook the Karakoram highway linking territory illegally occupied by China with Pakistan-occupied-Kashmir.

Besides, India has an Advanced Ground Landing (AGL) facility in Daulat Beg Oldi (DBO) which was activated in August 2013 and Indian Air Force had managed to land a C-130J Super Hercules transport aircraft at the air strip located at 16614 feet above sea level.
