China do shared border with Afghanistan, and they do have right to keep her eyes on ISIS movements along its borders, while India have no such problems neither they have sharing border with afg. Who is snaky?

I don't know if China can bring peace in Afghanistan at least China is there not to make trouble and stir up trouble, we have a great success in war torn Africa, I think China want to repeat the same process to reconstruct Afghanistan and bring prosperity to the region and of course for north west China region as well, a win-win.
