Hehe. If you decide to launch your missiles in the northeast part, i am afraid they will be shot down in the rising phase easily. Furthermore, if the war begins, all the millitary assets of indian will be the prioritized targets including your backward Agni2 and Agni 3 missiles launch pads and vehicles. I can guarantee to you, most of them have no chance to leave their launch tubes. And the rest will be intercepted by the ASBM deployed at Tibet and inner China areas.
Now, Indian could not even indigenously produce most of the munitions the Army need. So, it is time to shopping , Indian guys.
Ask your poor missile factory to produce as many missiles as you can , maybe one or two could breakthrough the interception of China ASBM system luckily.
