We should give China whatever facilities they want to keep an eye on India. China should have a large military/naval base in Pakistan within the next 5-10 years. Together, Pakistan and China will defend Asia from American Imperialism. India is becoming Western lapdog.

The need for a SSBN is for an assured 2nd strike capability, at sea that is assured - at land it isn't.
SLCM's have limited range and payload and are not MIRV capable.
The Geographic location of our enemy has nothing to do with a sea based deterrent.

US investment is not in infrastructure and india isn't as politically turbulent. It only takes common sense to understand that they're keeping an eye on Pak.
