As far as I'm aware. Yes.

I have no idea where is India's territorial waters border line, according to map India can not claim that much coz Maldives and Sri Lanka located southern part of India.

Neither do I. I'm guessing halfway between the two coastal lines? I think cases in like that, the parties involved choose to form treaties defining the martime boundaries.

Australia and New Guinea are an example.
