You have no right to be in our waters. Your misguided understanding of your legal entitlements are becoming more and more insane.
So your waters go beyond 200 miles now instead of 12?

Actually China is trapped in their own logic.
“China respects the rights enjoyed by all relevant coastal states under international law, and hopes that relevant countries respect the rights enjoyed by Chinese ships according to the law.” Beijing has long opposed U.S. Navy operations within its own EEZ.
So hopefully China will stop harassing American ships in China's waters if they truly believed in respecting our rights just like we are respecting theirs. We are not going to ram or stop in front of a Chinese ship.
Maybe you bhai India can lend you a steel ship for military exerciseFrankly, I must admit that Vietnam has no spare warship to join exercise so far away from home.
Don't worry, they would come to our sea to do exercises with us.

don't open mouth with bullshxt, idiot boy. US navy invited our officers to visit USS carrier, we can do what we want (to testing old enemy). .
You seem to think so. You ranted about China's EEZ, then referred to them as China's waters:
Am I thinking to a lunatic?, maybe you Viets dont know the difference between naval exercice or naval exchange visit??
Problem is china is invited to do exercise, but China has sent an electronic surveillance vessel to spy US, who invited you to join an exercise.
China is uneducated guest, do you understand ?

We were invited by US to do exercise and to spy on them as the same time, this is beyong Viets to understand, you viets are confined to live with coastal sea defense, you dont know the true meaning of blue water, only American understand the real meaning of our message and learn to accomodate our present regardless if they like or not. So tell me again if you know the difference between naval exercise and naval visit?
Big boys game. Little midget should just whistle while you work...
