Yea i saw wujing written there just never heard that word before.

Wujin in Chinese means "Armed police". PAP is initial of People's Armed Police. Its role is similar to US National Guards, also acting as reserve force to regular army. Its roles are preservation of Public Order and Security, Civil Defence, Reserves, Coast Guard duties.

Unlike civilian police, PAP Internal Guards Corp is under control of the CMC (Central Military Commission), thus it is part of China's military.
