There are a few takeaways from this ongoing episode.
* India stands alone.
* They have a well greased tongue(perhaps something to do with the amount of oil in their diet), i.e., lack of credibility.
* China owns the paradigm and runs the gamut. No use of firearms means they can literally push across wherever next on LAC and essentially call it theirs... while holding the big stick if Indians to escalate to using firearms. Essentially Indians are captive audience with nowhere to go ... checkmate.
* Pakistan which holds equal claima over the territory is essentially quiet, strategically mute?
* India has been effectively neutered, the only options open to it are to ally with China's foes and play second fiddle on any anti China initiative.
* China is playing this with utter ho hum while Indians are yelling to the high skies. Perhaps as if they're adding pain and gauging India's threshold dor it ... while telling them to suck it up and play along.
