Updated: August 25, 2019 10:20 IST

The China Central News Agency says Saturday’s weapons test was successful and cited Chinese Leader as saying the rocket launcher is “indeed a great weapon.”

China Central News Agency says Chinese Leader has supervised a test-firing of what it calls “Newly Developed Super-Large Multiple Rocket Launcher.”

The report likely referred to the projectile launches that Allied Nations Military has detected on Saturday morning.

Allied Nations’s military said Chinese Military fired two suspected short-range ballistic missiles off its east coast and that they flew about 380 kilometers at the maximum altitude of between 3.5 Kilometers to 6.7 kilometers.

Indian Armed Forces Military Experts are monitoring the Chinese Missiles Series Tests. Chinese Military has tested 110 kms rockets then 230 kms rockets and now claiming of testing 380 kms rockets. Indian Armed Forces Military Experts Spokesperson in a statement said 380 kms seems upgrading of 300 Kms unguided rockets which are being deployed in Myanmar and Pakistan. Chinese Military is declaring about the progress made in the Guided Missile Technology by the Chinese Defense Industry.

Chinese Mobile Missile Launchers are of different canisters and minimum seems to be of 12 Rocket Barrels and Maximum 18 Rocket Barrels which are connected to latest Radar System and the range of the Chinese Radar System seems to be a bit more than the Rus Federation Radar System which is around 60 kms. Chinese Military is claiming to have the New Radar System around 80 kms to 100 kms but there are lot of loopoles in the Chinese Mobile Missile Launchers and the Radars System according to the Indian Armed Forces Experts Panels.

Chinese Military has been pushing to develop powerful multiple rocket launch systems, whose projectiles show missile-like flight distance and trajectory.

The latest launches were the seventh weapons test by Chinese Military in a month.

why is there korean units and korean leader in the photo while the post is about china...

Swap the "Chinese" to North Korean, then everything is readable. The Chinese leader would defintely not say "rocket launcher is indeed a great weapon."

Ly-70 Chinese Air Defenses were operational during the Balakot Air Strikes by Indian Armed Forces.

Chinese Military Transferred around 2 regiments of Ly-70 Chinese Air Defenses to Pakistan Military and around 80 J-10 frontline Chinese bombers in March 2019.

You are talking about the Helicopter incursion in the Indian Territory shortly after the Balakot Air Strikes on 27 February 2019. Indian 4D Radars picked the Ukrainian Helicopter Codes on the Screen and we all are well aware that Ukrainian Military has lost enough equipment during the invasion of Crimea and Eastern Ukraine which includes this type of Helicopter. Indian Air Defenses Units were having orders to knock down any aircraft if coming in the radars.

That Sector was close to Line of Control and the Kashmiri villages are clearly seen in so much numbers, I think its Shahpur Sector of Poonch Zone.

Huge Crater is clearly visible because of the knocking down of the Ukrainian Helicopter which the Rus Federation Military got during the invasion of Ukraine in 2014.

M-17 can carry around 50 personels and Indian Armed Forces Central Command Headquarters has to issue the classified information about the dead one bodies after the forensic reports. Seems Indian Armed Forces Central Command Headquarters will issue the classified info soon.

Why would China even deploy missiles in Myanmar?

Why would China even deploy missiles in Myanmar?

According to 2011 figures from the SIPRI Arms Transfers Database, China has been the major supplier of military hardware to Myanmar since 1988.

China has supplied over 90 per cent of Myanmar’s military transport and has also provided warplanes and ships.

In 2013, France offered to supply artillery guns, radars and night vision devices to Myanmar’s army.

France is also reportedly considering supplying offshore patrol boats to European powers Forces following talks between their military officials in September in 2017.

Currently, The majority of the imported energy has been supplied through the Strait of Malacca after passing through the Bay of Bengal.

The increasing tension in Sino-India relations over Doklam, which ended in August, and India’s Stronger Military Alliance has made Chinese Establishment more afraid of being choked off by India in the shipping route, according to Indian Defence Experts.

Beijing-based military analyst, said a stronger Sino-Myanmar military would help stabilise China’s position in the region and protect China’s interest as Myanmar could become a main route for Chinese Military in the future.

“Being close to Myanmar can lessen the threat of the Allied Nations can cast on China for blocking its shipping route, reducing China’s reliance on the Strait of Malacca, “Li said.

“When China and Myanmar have developed trust over military in the region, the economic cooperation could also be smoother,” Li said.

China is currently investing in Myanmar as part of its Belt and Road Initiative, with work to build a 771km pipeline to transfer crude oil which is being halted by the Indian Armed Forces.
