Think about the general CPEC route everything from petrol stations, yo restaurants, to hotels to shopping districts are and will be springing up

This is where me with a few friends/ relations are going to start some ventures

I was thinking the same thing. The whole route is an opportunity trail. I'll look into my options on next trip to Pak.

Just buy land and keep it as investment. Sell the land after a few years for huge profits. Unlike the vast many here, be a rich PDFian.

Are you talking about Pakistan? It's not India, it's Pakistan. Land fraud is one of the biggest fraud in Pakistan.
People might just be buying the paper and not the actual land.
Malik Raiz is a big example of that but he is protected by government and agencies.
