Dont delude yorself, try to learn something from PRC. They were in low profile and concentrated only on development. Now when they came out powerful enough, they demanded everything they wish for. If you stop sticking to J&K fiasco running for decades and bury that obcession at least for few decades, and give more and more effort for development, then only after few decades, you can hope for any changes in status quo. But if you keep on trying to wrestle it with all your efforts now, then your military leadership will continue to take out larger share of your GDP weakening the already fragile economy. If you were stong enough, you would not need to seek for international influence, it would automatically come.
