Water on the Chinese side is fresh water, clean and drinkable. a lot of fish and water bird thrive on the Chinese side of the lake, water on the Indian side is salt water, nothing grows in and around the lake, drinking water has to be transported to local Indian troops there.

So basically our demand of restoring status quo to pre march 2020 positions have been matched with a condition of temporary halt of ground petrol between finger 4 and finger 8 by both sides , basically no mans land

looks like India gave them a reality check about our preparedness and resolve to give them a bloody nose even in extreme weather, thats why they came back to thier senses and false superiority complex of invincibility
