It takes a lot of skill and knowledge to 'copy and paste' high tech products. Keep in mind that we are not talking ToT, but true reverse engineering. Very few countries have that capability, including most European countries.

I may or may not admire the ethics, given the (un)fairness of the circumstances, but there is no denying the talent needed to reverse engineer advanced military technology.

In Vegas, there is no mistaking what those replicas are: small scale copies of only famous features of famous cities. But here we are talking China replicating an entire historical town. Entertainment? Probably. But at least do it with the approval of the residents of the real thing.
