I don't think that China has considered the fertility rate when dealing with its relations with Iran.

I think the Uighur situation is as inflated as the so-called Nazi led "holocaust" which in reality is happening in Occupied Palestine. The west is basically racist criminals who have lost to China and rising Eurasian power, so they have conveniently found the Uighur stick to beat with, I am surprised that India is not arming the Tibetan terrorists, largely due to the fear that China will walk into Delhi. Let face it, Uighurs being radicalized into Wahhabi fold does not help either Iran or Pakistan as well.
