Chinese company sacks Indian employees over technology theft, border standoff

DUBAI: A Chinese Telecom company has removed its Indian national employees from it Tehran and Doha units, sources said Wednesday.

The Chinese telecom company has operative units in Tehran the capital of Iran and Doha, Qatar.

The Chinese company in Tehran received orders to sack the employees Tuesday, while similar orders were received by the company’s management in Doha where Indian employees were immediately sacked.

However, there has been no official confirmation by Iran and Qatar of dismissing Indian employees.

The reason for dismissal of Indian employees is said to be border standoff between China and India besides alleged theft of the technology.

There were also reports of sacking the Indian employees from other the company Gulf countries.

The headquarters of the Chinese telecom company is located in Guangdong province of China and deals in telecommunication networks and production of telecommunication devices.
Just cancel few orders to Chinese companies and they will fall in line... for every one India Job lost... they are the ones losing 10... LOL

If it were true...why didn't any Indian news channel picked up, given the military standoff at Doklam? This certainly qualifies as masala news that Times Now and Arnab Channel would have repeated all day.

Well, if Chinese companies do that, than Microsoft and Google CEOs would sack all Chinese from their companies.

Good that you recognize that Indians run world technology Industry.

Yes, MS and Google plus Pepsi are now Indian companies, won't you say.

Companies are owned by shareholders...and shareholders can be of any nationality and they operate globaly. Hence they are called multinationals.

LOL... this is insane and silly if true!! :-)
Anyway in the case of software development nobody likes to work for a Chinese company.

Interestingly this report is only reported by Pakistani Media. Need we say more? You see Pakistani media houses when report about India, selectively filter the bad news without even doing the basic due diligence. How so? They were quoting Tweets of few Indian folks -- selectively. They quoted tweets of one Perwez (https://twitter.com/perwez1000) from 15th Aug and forgot to include his tweets from 16th. While for others, they did quote tweets from 16th. Why did they do so? Well here is the reason ...

Duplicity of Pakistan Media knows no bound. Also our esteemed trumpet mr WindBlower sorry @Windjammer quoted a certain techguava, well the guava doesn't sell well. We are talking about a site which fails to tell us anything about itself.
http://techguava.com/about.htm

Their whois information suggest it was created on May 2017.
https://who.is/whois/techguava.com/

And it is owned by a Ukrainian from Ukraine.

In all probability it is a news syndication / blog which is trying to earn few ad dollars by rewriting articles using 'news' from internet without doing any journalism / investigation themselves. They are well very much like valuewalk and Ms. Thickonova.
