Please let us evade in negative tones. The point is that in my observation, Chinese people are integrated into Philippines. Even beauty is associated with Chinese features, East Asian features.
In fact when I was in Philippines , locals thought I was Chinese or Chinese-Filipino.
It is unfair to label or pre judge all our Filipino friends. Just as it is morally and ethically wrong to generalize all groups of people.
Brother , don't joke around like that.
well my point is: rich ethnic minority does not mean you are not hated by the native. its often the opposite.
"Historically, some usage of the word "gaijin" referred respectfully to the prestige and wealth of Caucasians or the power of western businesses.[8][28][29] This interpretation of the term as positive or neutral in tone continues for some.[2][3][7][9][10][30][31] However, though the term may be used without negative intent by many Japanese speakers,[1] it is seen as derogatory by some[4][5][6] and reflective of exclusionary attitudes."
