This thread starter's political view is pro Islam, pro east turkistan, and anti-assad. Everything that is against what he thinks is "communism" in China and China itself because Chinese Communist Party will not allow their east turkistan. China also supports Assad's Syria and does not give Islam a way to get any authority. Nobody but government is allowed authority. So he's personal crusade is hatred for China.

Sure there are very bad quality Chinese projects built carelessly and falling apart in Africa. Even there are some in China. But that's all they are talking about. From that little thing they will contrive all sorts of imagined theories like China robbing Africa in this case. Where is their evidence? They use a crumbling low quality road and falling bridges as evidence. All that is evidence of is low budget project gets low budget quality. I don't understand how collapsing bridges becomes evil communist empire is colonizing Africa. Where is the evidence African countries paid for those collapsed bridges and bad roads even after the problems come out? Nothing. I bet they need to be rebuilt from developer's funds. Why any African leader will accept total loss of their money and only get collapsed bridge? For every collapsed bridge how many work perfectly? Can anyone prove they don't? Building errors happen in every country. The more number of projects, the higher the rate of failure. Especially when funding is so controlled and resource available is so marginal.

But I understand these Turks. You don't care about understanding or empathy. Just care about something negative for China. I get it it's very obvious from using gook etc to describe Chinese. So you hate all Asians? Or is gook just term for Chinese? What has Vietnam, Korea, or Japan did to you? I guess we're just too dirty and low for mighty men of Turkey. Perfect and faultless human beings. So faultless their country is a global loser right now and begging from these gooks. 1) China gave loan to Turkey, not because of charity but because of interest rates. Maybe, you don’t know how banks work.

3. Gook is an insulting word for asian peoples like calling black person a certain word. I'm not sure about the history but sounds like common in American movies for soldiers to call Vietnamese, Korean, or Japanese by gook during past wars. It is also commonly used by Oublious to describe Chinese.

1. China gave loan to Turkey with incredible easy credit and little interest. Also China has not given strict repayment deadlines. This is not like any bank I know. Turkey may end up not repaying a cent. This move isn't done for interest rates my friend. It was done as attempt to buy Turkish goodwill and make Turkish politicians be more mindful about Chinese interests. Maybe not effective but the idea is to buy goodwill. Turkey accepts completely and is happy to take it.

2. The rails only for high speed line between two cities is done with cooperation with China. You guys build license Italian and Spanish trains. I don't know if you export them but I don't think you can export license built trains. Sorry for bringing this part into discussion since it really is beginning to become irrelevant but my original point is if Chinese are so low and unwanted and always 100% can only build failed products, why does Turkey cooperate with some high end infrastructure product.
