Chinese-born maths genius leaves Harvard to help China become a powerhouse on subject

I didn't know Germany provides internet for retards too. What else does it give you?

Things you could never afford. Like flying 1st class. 😅👍

Anytime that Brazilian holds a 5G capable phone in his hand, he can thank China for a significant portion of those patents.

Nice, but I'm not surprised one bit that the best example you can think of off the top of your head doesn't really set much of a high bar when it comes to what people define as innovation.

It's just an incremental upgrade to something that currently exists.

You really want me to call every single release of an Intel/AMD chip that speeds up your computer due to some architectural change a "new innovation" by the US?? What an incredibly lame list that would be if I put them all on.

How about something new that ends up being so good that it become ubiquitous around the world...like the internet..or LEDs..or cellular smartphones.

Maybe something like the EHang autonomous flying taxi would have been a better choice. Yes, not widespread yet but it obviously isn't vaporware.

This Frenchman's idea is borderline since you basically have to be a stuntman to use it.

Here is some US tech that is being tested and is starting to spread to consumers outside the US while others have now become ubiquitous.

Amazon Go, 2018
An open to the public UK store testing Amazon's cashierless supermarket tech. While this UK store is small Amazon offers full-sized stores where it can handle things like vegetables. No special packaging (like RFID tags) needed. It's just computer vision so markets can effortlessly put the same exact stuff on these shelves as they had on their old.

Full self-driving consumer cars being tested by the public in Canada. No pre-mapping required. Drive on any public road you want. No limited area restrictions. All it needs is to know is the specific traffic laws/signs of the country and off it can go driving.

siri 2011
How about smart Assistants...like Alexa,Google, and Siri

You see, research and development is a function of economic progress. As China becomes richer, so does our technological achievement. We're already ahead in patents and research impact when we're just 80% of your nominal GDP. What will your excuse be in 10 years?

Again, pick up that maths text. You seriously need it. Why don't you ask these guys to give you some private lessons?

You say that like Brazilian is getting Free 5G from China.......

israel is in asia, jews are no less asian than anyone
tbh can't argue with that lol
South Africa is in Africa.

And here is an African :

Mogambay Hatuti

Another famous "African"

Ikara Mandela:

Both speak Swahili.

yeah, they're both african and it's also different in that jews have their roots in asia, what do yellow people have more in common with pakistanis that jews can't be asian?
The day Israel made a black "Jew" her head of state or head of IDF, will be the day I will consider Israelis as asians.

@yari and that's what I am saying, and let me repeat once again : the people who call themselves as Jew today are not at all Jews. They are migrants mostly from Europe. They are in Middle East because western powers want them there(almost all religious stories wrong and fabricated in Oxford as an excuse in this regards). I know the reality of these migrants because the brother of my grand father (Nana) fought against Nazis in Israel. Upon victory, "Jews" offered him that he can stay back and marry a " Jewish" lady and become Israeli citizen. But he denied. And came back to Karnal India.
Now when people tell me hey people who live in Israel are "Jews", I tell them : yeah ofcourse they are.

Good step taken.
The US excelled mostly by it's excellent strategy of a brain drain of other country and stealing their top cream talent.

didn't hitler pave the way for jews to migrate to israel?
That's exactly what I am saying for ages. The Zionist movement was asking politely the "Jews" to migrate to Israel, when they didn't listen, Hitler was given this task. Coincidentally, as "Jews" moved toward Israel, Germany got defeated. And the bigger thing of surprise is: that Germany is still there, further supporting and strengthening the "middle-east-project"

why would he want them in israel other than to get rid of them
I don't know why there were many "Jewish" Nazis, in fact many were high-rank officers. If you search for Jewish Nazis, you will find many. But hain? if Hitler was anti-Jew then what these officers were doing among Nazis? Bloody deception. But as they say: In the way of deception.

they mixed a lot with whites but their origin must be there originally
They are whites. If not, then why can't they tell which tribe of Jews they belong to !? Imposters, and a lot of them...

why else would anyone want to willingly live some place where all your neighbors want you dead.
Oxford stories translated into Yiddish, printed on laboratory-made ancient-looking papers. Scrolls after scroll.

Apart from original "Jews" many professional Jews also moved toward Israel. These people are more Jewish than Jews themselves.

The ultimate fate of people living in Israel as "Jews" is as follows(according to my estimate ): most of them will get killed(some of them might escape), and after that, there will be no Judaism left anywhere in the world.

  • Yau Shing-Tung, the first Chinese winner of the prestigious Fields Medal, will be chair professor in mathematics at Tsinghua University
  • 73-year-old aims to ‘take over the torch’ passed down by late teacher and modern geometry pioneer Chern Shiing-shen

World-renowned Chinese mathematician Yau Shing-Tung has announced his retirement from his position at Harvard University to teach full-time at Tsinghua University in Beijing, aiming to help China become a maths powerhouse within a decade.
“This is a major decision in his life,” said a colleague of Yau’s from the Chinese Academy of Sciences in Beijing.
Although Yau, 73, had spent a lot of time teaching for free in China in recent years, the new move means “he’s ready to leave five decades of life in the US behind, and devote all his time and energy to promoting the development of maths in China,” said the colleague, who did not wish to be named.

Next will be Terence Tao, UCLA Professor
