they can. they captured your general and numerous weapons/equipments during the 1962 war.



they fought the Korea war and forced the US to withdraw from the North, they fought the Vietnam war in which they shot down hundreds of US fighters and I got family member contributed a few of them. they also fought with the USSR and have tanks captured in good conditions.

China committed about 1 MILLION troops to the Korea war.
