FUTURE SYSTEMS
I’m sure there’s quite a bit more than what’s listed here, but these are the things I could dig up some degree of info on. China’s high expenditures fuel an ambitious “modernization” program.

Ground
Type 07 IFV/APC/SPH: ~$2.5-3.5 million. New AFV series. Little is known and it may already be in service. It’ll be replacing older units in the coming years.

Aircraft
J-XX: Unknown cost. Supposedly one or more 5th-gen projects. J-12, J-13, & J-14 designations have been suggested.
J-10B: ~$50-55 million. Upgraded J-10 model, may or may not already be in service.
Y-9: ~$30 million (wild guess). IOC supposedly 2009-2010
*Z-15: ~$15-20 million (wild guess). Joint project with Eurocopter (EC175 is civilian version). IOC in 2012-2013.

Naval
Future Aircraft Carrier: Highly variable cost, since almost nothing is known. In-service date is supposed to be 2015, but if they’re not already being built, expect at least 1-2 years delay.
Type 052D Destroyer: $500-900+ million, possibly past the $1 billion mark. 1 under construction

Naw, even cheaper than 20. The J-10 is 25, lol. I think what he meant was fly-away (Unit + Kit) or lifetime-program cost (Research + Kit + Maintenance + Unit), which can distort price tags.

Chinese military expenditure figures are unreliable not because the Central Military Commission is lying but due to its secret measurement methodologies.

No one knows how the Chinese estimate their military expenses.

Other examples include the US. The cost of active military conflicts engaged abroad is not part of the defense budget.

Hj-8 is second generation antitank missile that was copied TOW and MILAN.
Hj-8 cost, launcher+8 missile=500.000$ ???? Isnt very high???
AFAIK 4th generation antitank missiles cost nearly 50.000$
Saudi Arabiua purchased Raytheon ATGM per $60K.
Old technology wire-guided HJ-8 cost should be cheaper!!

And why Turkey doesnt produce cheap ATGM's like MILAN-TOWs?
In fact TOWs are really epensive?
Syrian Rebels use HJ-8 and TOWs.
Turkish Land Force has a lot of land vehicles which can be equpped with TOWs.
