You lost the context and talking out of context, we are talking about contribution of foreigners to Chinese industry. I've proved that most of so called best Chinese phones are designed/ made by foreigners or companies of foreign origin and that prove my point that Chinese companies wining due to cost and will need more time to be called best and most reliable products.

About Huawei, you may know that, it started stealing Cisco design and people also most of design work is done off shores and most of reliable products produced by Non Chinese companies based in China.

On topic, I'd buy Huwawei any time if I've to choose between Xiomei and Huawei.

Seems little out of thread, but I have to tell that US was stealing design and scientist from Germany, Japan was famous of copying western designs and South Korean was famous of copying Japanese, but they are all developed countries and lots of people even don't know how they get the topline through copying and stealing. So maybe next time we talk about Indian is a copy master, you should proud of development your government made, it's a way to be better easier and quicker.

Is there any possible that Xiaomi replace the OS core to its own Linux compatible OS and connect current UI? Xiaomi had already replaced the google play as I know.
As the trend goes, it seems possible. The problem is whether it is worthy to do this. What do you think?

if you know Xiaomi CEO Lei, and his history, you would have an answer is no, they won't develop a new OS instead of Android.
When Xiaomi sets himself on internet company, it lost the far future develop ability, and in fact, Xiaomi sells TV, routes(Xiaomi box) and other products, but progress is stoped by Xiaomi 4, even worse than lots of China local brand smartphones.
Anyway, Xiaomi made his own legend, how to be successful by reducing profit of smartphone, it indeed made, but the opposite side is with limited by CPU factory, truth is Xiaomi phone is controled by CPU factories, and they got the biggest part of Xiaomi smartphone's profit.

If I can call a deal, I will put all my chips on Huawei, with new self-developed CPU, it will hit a higher ground.

dah fk did I just read? Most of Huawei's design work is overseas, are you fking kidding me? So its 20k engineers in Shenzhen are there just to play foosball and drink at the company cafe lol? You didn't prove sh*t, and even if it was true (which it is not), Indians did not contribute to 1 iota of it, so what are you jumping up and down on? And phones is one sector. I know Lei Jun. The fact is that Xiaomi is still a miracle. Xiaomi is good at supply chain management and their core competencies come from software and the management. I have a Xiaomi router which is better than most routers. I would like to see Xiaomi to coorperate with Huawei, but that's not reallistic coz they are in the same industry and Huawei s offer will be limited. If there's a deal between them I wish its Kirin.
So I wish Xiaomi concentrate on design and software. A compatible Linux/Android OS is not bad but their strategy will be effected. They need more competencies to become a leading company.
