China’s Type 055 destroyer: Why India should take inspiration from Russia’s Lider-class destroyer

You mean the India warship will come out in 2099?

What you all brag so far is everything on paper. India elephant speed, I can bet is well-known.

Do you get paid to spew BS like this ?

. . .
Am I right to say the bragging warship is so far just a piece of paper?

Every warship starts from a piece of paper, although today it's largely paperless process (thanks to CAD & CAE). That's the development cycle of any product.

I am not debating how it will go but when it will be deemed operation and ready to fight a war.

If you think this design is going to compete with 055, it will be obsolete when it is ready. Becos we know Indian industries level now and her speed. By the time, it is ready. China already move on to next generation vessel.

It will takes us 4-5 years to build one. Development would take around 3 years based on past experience.

Bro, get it done first. Until now India is basically just producing a floating steel hull, all the major sub systems are imported. Until a few years back, even the steel was imported.

Learn to control your mouth power OK? No point bragging when you haven't even perform. Do it first! Accept the humiliation, then work harder. No hard feelings, this is the essence of competition.

All the capabilities for subsystems exist- be that be radar, long range SAM etc , except for propulsion.

I already say, its all just paper already. But Indian always loves to used paper drawing to compete with a real existent weapon hareware.
Most of the models shown are using imported components, GAN, GAAS semiconductors all need fabs to produce, there are none in India capable of producing those. My bet is they are doing 'system engineering' again.

They are not that capable yet. The so called india self made AESA is heavily depend on imported parts like GAN. Sill remember the famous India Aakash which brag as made in india which is just self assemble parts from Shenzhen factories.

Exist? I don't see it on the latest ship bro? Almost everything is under development.

I said capabilities for the subsystems exist. For example, for a long range Naval SAM with BMD capabilities.

Another brain-fart like 'Indian nuclear scientist asking for BN 800 reactor references'. The present radars are based on GaAs with GaN foundry being established recently.

GAETEC is vertically integrated GaAs foundry comprising of design, wafer fabrication and Assembly,Testing and Reliability Evaluation facilities. GAETEC was established in 1996.

We need more Brahmos with 900 km an Mach 3. Brahmos-2 with Mach 7 is also coming.

China is building warships like Type 55 destroyer and Type 95 SSN in order to dominate over any Navy in the Western Pacific and the IOR, bar the USN.

These Indian wet dreams of being able to take on a Chinese CBG of 100,000 tonne supercarrier, escorted by Type 55 destroyers and Type 95 SSN will remain wet dreams of theirs.

India should focus their limited financial and technological capabilities on weapons like submarines, as that will give them the best chance of being able to blunt onslaughts by either USN or PLAN. Building aircraft carriers and escorts like destroyers is a complete waste for them.

here comes the cheerleader , presenting dhoti wala riksha driver type analysis full of ignorance . abe fuddu too apni machi pakardne wali boat ki parwah kar , samjha ? your comments are just predictions , nothing more than that . WTF limited financial ?????? MC riksha mere desh me chalate ho , bakwas id bana ke yaha karte ho .
