China's role in Indian occupied North East .

There is no doubt that China seeks to re-establish the world order and end hegemony of the US inc. in the world, especially in Asia. But China, as a nation that wants to conduct itself as a world leader, how long it will keep turning a blind eye toward the atrocities upon fellow Mongoloids right across their border at the hands of New Delhi? Wouldn't that be unbefitting of the status China wants to procure as a figure of "world leader"?

NE region has faced innumerable human rights violating atrocities - 1.5 k cases of fake encounter in Manipur alone, tens of thousands of rape cases committed by Indian army in the region, the bombing of Mizoram by INDIAN AIR FORCE , mass murder of whole Naga villages in an inhumane manner, etc. The Draconian martial law(afspa) imposed on NE states enables the Indian army to assault,kill,torture, arrest ,rape anyone at will without any FIR or any type of implication. AFPSA is an extreme violation of Human rights at every level,even UN is against it.In Manipur ,for every 20 civilians there is a military personnel stationed armed with AFSPA but the helpless civilians have to deal with it every day with no respite, it's hell on earth .

NE region has been severely exploited off its resources and left severely underdeveloped under INDIAN occupation.Now it is as if GOI wants to wipe the indigenous Mongoloid populace and replace them with Hindu -Indo aryans by implementing the unconstitutional CAB2016 bill which will grant citizenship to Bangladeshi Hindus(which are 8 times more in population than whole of current NE populace combined).
If the CAB2016 bill gets passed as the ruling BJP party plans to do so, NE will be up in open revolt.NE will demand unconditional removal of CAB2016 or segregation from Union of India.

In such a scenario,will China feel the need to advocate for justice of fellow Mongoloid stocks in the North Eastern region or they will turn a blind eye toward the atrocities upon fellow Mongoloids right across their border?
