The Chinese Govt only says that "Apollo sites have been observed" and does not talk about the authenticity of manned landings on the moon. The Apollo site only proves Apollo's landing on the moon, not a manned landing on the moon. I hope you are not intentionally misinterpreting the Chinese govt's statement.
