Yes, but still worthy of note and comment. It would be one thing if Communist China was some form of constitutional republic, but it's not. It's a dictatorship of the Communist Party over the people of China. So, the definition of "internal" is up for debate. If a dictator kills thousands of his people because they protest their treatment, is that "internal"? Those who live by the sword are destined to die by the sword. Hopefully that fate will come someday to the Communists who rule China.
So you bring up just war and R2P? No wonder the US raped the two concept over and over again for its own end.
If there is one terrorist government that have kept terrorizing the indigenous people of their stolen land, it is the US. Apart form the land stolen or bought from those who stole the land in the first place, the US has kept occupied the territories taken away from Mexico in 1840s at gun point. So, the US regime deserves to be condemned for war crimes and genocide. So, definitely, the native problem is not US' internal problem; which, instead, should be brought to international justice and, in case of non-compliance, UN must be mobilized.
Truth is, US regime is a dictatorship over the people who went through the largest genocide known to human history.
Therefore, if there is a regime bound to collapse, it is certainly the US regime. others have to take ticket and get in line.
