China's Nuclear Strike Force

Do you honestly think that If a nuke war happens between USA and Russia or USA and China that after all the chinese are dead Russia and India won't help themselves to chinese land? Or Japan starts annexing chinese land?

Do you think that if the USA gets nuked that Mexico won't start expanding?

This is not naive, what is the purpose of having weapons and a military?

Because other countries CANNOT be trusted, plain and simple.

If all the chinese suddenly disappeared off the map, you think all that land is just going to sit there? That Russia, India, japan all wouldn't grab pieces of it?

Why do you think that the USA and Russia built SO MANY NUCLEAR WEAPONS? and nuclear shelters that could save millions? Their goal is not to destroy each other, but to destroy the world if all hell broke loose, due to the fear that a weakened USA might be invaded by Mexico, Japan, India etc...

So China will attack the whole world with nukes if there is a nuke war with US. Well best of luck facing the nukes from the whole world......!!
it will be World nukes v/s China's nukes. (My Pak friends also need to nuke China then when China will throw nuke on Pakistan as part of its strike on whole world.:D)

Why do we have nations? Why do nations have military? Why do we have borders?

We have nations because we cannot trust the people in other nations

You are stupid to think that if India has a nuclear war with Pakistan and they both get wiped out that another country will not come to take the "free land" especially in the guise of aid.

Look at what happened to Haiti after the earthquake.

US accused of 'occupying' Haiti as troops flood in - Telegraph

US accused of 'occupying' Haiti as troops flood in

And then Russia will nuke the winner, and take over the world.

This is why the world will always be at peace. Because of the three power principle. If the USA, CHINA or RUSSIA ever get into a fight. The third power will be strong enough to finish off the loser.

Do the world a favor and grow out of your 12 year old mentality.

There are no "good" countries all countries just pursue their interests.

Just because these are my theories does not mean that every world and military leader shares these theories.

And India is definitely not a "good country" especially from seeing how India treats each of her neighbors.

.........

so that is what i am saying ...it will be Whole World nuking China...!!
coz it is ur chinese thinking and u will start sending nukes to every country if u have a war with US.

this is so narrow minded and naive... u can only see boundaries and nations... and not humanity..!!!
for u what matters is if China is having a nuke war, China will try to finish all humanity altogether ffrom the world..!!!

this is what happens when your thinking is restricted.

At least india wont nuke its neighbours and the whole world !!!, if it has nuke war with some other country ever.:rofl:

(offtopic but regarding relations with neighbours..only chinese think so..the world thinks China has much much worse realtions with neighbours.... ;))

first decide urself.
whether it will be through aid or by attacking with nukes(a country which is alread suffering)

Look at the numbers of Russia and USA stockpile, you would only need 130-200 nukes to take down these countries so why do they have so many? These countries plan on taking down the world if war does break out.

You claiming that this is just chinese thinking is just plain racism and shows your ignorance, (And also I live in the United States so this can hardly be called chinese thinking) when your closed mind sees China as the only enemy. Thats like saying one chinese person murdered an Indian for fun, that means that all chinese want to murder indians for fun.

Only a fool thinks that a nuclear war will be the end of humanity, people were able to like in Hiroshima 10 years after the blast.

Just because everybody is human doesn't mean that we should trust everybody in the world. Even if governments can be trusted the citizens can't be trusted. If any country gets destroyed by nuclear war you can bet that there will be many people/mercenary groups who will be trying to start their own country.

u as a chinese are claiming that China will do so..... so obviously i will say for only China... and not for other countries...

Obviously in case of US-China war, if China were to nuke all other countries of the world, so all the world countries would be much more interested in nuking China alone, and not US without any reason and invite its wrath on its citizens.

I stated that all NPT members will do it, NOT ONLY CHINA

I live in the United States so I am not some brainwashed chinese

It is your BLIND HATE, and RACISM that made you latch onto China as being the only country in the world with this way of thinking.

Here is my exact quote I specifically stated that all NPT members will seek to "nuke" the world

I wouldn't be surprised if all 5 members of the NPT had large enough arsenals for MAD.

In case of a nuclear war, the only losers are the participants.

If the USA and China go all out nuke war they run of the risk of having the survivors in USA and China getting conquered by the Russians.

Basically whoever is left unnuked gets the opportunity to literally rule the world.

India, Pakistan and North Korea cannot produce these arsenals because since they are signatories of the NPT their enrichment centers and reactors are guarded.

Because of this way of thinking if a nuke war does break out, EVERYBODY will be firing. With the goal being destroy as many countries as you can so that your survivors hidden in nuclear bunkers can take over the world.

ur flags dont show u live in US. Correct them plz.

No you are wrong. I take it as Chinese view point of what is corect or not to be done in case of nuclear war, coming from you. The one to do it would be mistaken badly and it will be sheer narrow mindedness and naiveness to do so.

such a policy is foolish. Coz Just for example, if China were to nuke India(or Russia, France, Britain etc etc ) in such a case why will India nuke US and not just only China, when US is already nuking China. Furthur other countries will surely survive with only nuked China to counter and not USA. But China wil not survive an attack from All the world countries. and also u know what will happen after that. No one will ever let any one from China have any control or let them build anything again, if some ppl are lucky still to survive.

this way all the other countries have better chance of survival, and also the one sending weapons to ur country is destroyed.

I think the best policy is just to nuke only the one who nukes you. Otherwise you risk being nuked from all over the world.

also whatever, such a policy is just so STUPID. first you engage in war and then try to finish off all humanity alltogether for no fault of others. Favouring/adopting such a policy is nothing but narrowmindedness.

Countrie can be built again but humanity must survive. No country should try to finish off the whole earth just coz its own ppl have to suffer.

“What is interesting about this missile shape is the very blunt nose structure,” said Richard Fisher, a China military analyst at the International Strategy and Assessment Center.

“This would be consistent with the carriage of multiple warheads. Previously, Asian military sources have commented that the JL-2 could carry three or four warheads. To extend its range, this missile likely uses an aerospike, as does the U.S. Trident SLBM,” he said. The aerospike engine maintains its efficiency across a wide range of altitudes through the use of an altitude compensating nozzle.

it is just a detterent force...as China also has No First Use Policy.
but nothing in comparison to US or Russia.

Agreed. No body wants nuclear war, the radiation fall out will be carried by jet stream in the upper atmosphere and affect the whole world many times over, people survived the nuclear blast will die of cancers, babies will be born deformed. Crops, water, fish, livestocks will be too toxic to eat.

1) China has the 5,000 KM "Underground Great Wall." You can hide a lot of ICBMs in a 5,000 KM underground facility. See

I don't think the main purpose of the underground great wall is to hide nuclear weapons. The outcome of nuclear war will probably be decided in a relatively short match.

I do think you can hide alot of conventional weapons and sizeable army in a 5000 km tunnel complex. Even better if these are designed to be EM blast resistant and have blast doors at intervals.

China's "underground Great Wall"

In early December, the People’s Liberation Army's (PLA) publication, China Defense Daily (Zhongguo Guofang Bao), published a report that provided a rare glimpse into an underground tunnel that is being built by the Second Artillery Corps (SAC)—the PLA's strategic missile forces—in the mountainous regions of Hebei Province in northern China. The network of tunnels reportedly stretches for more than 3,107 miles (Ta Kung Pao, December 11; Xinhua News Agency, December 14). The revelation of the semi-underground tunnel highlights the strides being made by China's nuclear modernization efforts, and underscores a changing deterrent relationship between the United States and China.

The labyrinthine tunnel system, dubbed by the Chinese-media as the "Underground Great Wall” (Dixia Changcheng), was built for concealing, mobilizing and deploying China's growing arsenal of nuclear weapons. According to military experts cited by various reports, the main purpose of the underground tunnel is to provide the SAC with a credible second-strike capability. The building of an underground tunnel for this purpose is consistent with China's evolving nuclear doctrine from its traditional posture of "minimum deterrence" to a doctrine of "limited deterrence," since the subterranean bunkers strengthen the survivability of China's nuclear forces and bolster its nuclear deterrence posture.

Analysts have long speculated that the SAC' most important underground missile positions were located in the mountainous area in northern China. The geography of this region is cut by steep cliffs and canyons, and therefore suited for use in covering the network of tunnels that is 3,017 miles and can feed a web of underground launch silos. According to a military analyst cited by Hong Kong-based Ta Kung Pao, "the outermost layer is 1,000 meters [3,280 feet] deep and covered with soil that does not include any artificial reinforcements" (Ta Kung Pao, December 11; Xinhua News Agency, December 14). Moreover, the Chinese reports described the tunnel system in terms of "hard and deeply buried targets" (HDBTs), which typically refers to facilities a few hundred feet deep in "underground installations." In the case of strategic nuclear missiles, it would mean that all preparations can be completed underground, and the transportation of missiles, equipments and personnel through a network of underground corridors by rail cars or heavy-duty trailers to fixed launch sites can not be detected from observations on the ground (Ta Kung Pao, December 11; News.sina.com, December 13; Xinhua News Agency, December 14).

The SAC arsenal of land-based nuclear warheads is believed to include the DF-3A, DF-4, DF-5 (CSS-4), DF-21, DF-31 and the DF-31A. These land-based ballistic missiles have a range of 200 to 5,000 kilometers. According to one U.S.-estimate, "China has approximately 176 deployed warheads, plus an unknown number of stored warheads, for a total stockpile of approximately 240 warheads" (Bulletin of Atomic Scientists, Vol. 64, No. 3).

This report is not the first time that the existence of a tunnel of such magnitude was revealed. As early as 1995, according to a report in the Liberation Army Daily cited by Ta Kung Pao, a SAC project called the "Great Wall" was completed after 10 years of construction through the labor of "tens of thousands" of army engineers. Furthermore, the Chinese-television program, "Documentary for Military," aired by Chinese-state run television network CCTV on March 24, 2008, also revealed the status of an underground nuclear counter-strike project called the "great wall project" (Ta Kung Pao, December 11; News.sina.com, December 13).

An article published in the Taiwan-based Asia-Pacific Defense Magazine, entitled "A Destructive Projection Power: PLA Second Artillery Corps' Long-range Guided Missiles," by former Taiwanese Vice Admiral Lan Ning-li, included an analysis that also discussed underground installations of the Second Artillery Corps. According to Vice Admiral Lan's assessment: "The early version of China's mid-to long-range missiles had all been deployed above ground and were vulnerable to detection by spy satellites and attacks by interceptor missiles. That prompted the Chinese military to move all of their missiles hundreds of meters underground" (Ta Kung Pao, December 11; Chosun Ilbo, December 14). Moreover, a Hong Kong-based military analyst cited by Ta Kung Pao suggested that the timing of the open declaration about China's nuclear modernization before negotiations on the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty may be meant to draw attention to China's nuclear stature (Ta Kung Pao, December 11; News.sina.com, December 13).

Yet, while deterrence assumes that a more secure second-strike capability could enhance stability by causing adversaries to act more cautiously, some analysts have pointed out that strategic stability may not be the necessary outcome of China's deployment of a secure second-strike capability (See "The Future of Chinese Deterrence Strategy," China Brief, March 4). Since China continues to conceal details about the size and composition of its nuclear stockpile, this may lead to more concerns from China's regional neighbors over Beijing's nuclear modernization."
