BEIJING/SINGAPORE, April 7 (Reuters) - China's foreign exchange reserves rose for a fifth straight month in March as growing optimism about the prospects for a U.S.-China trade deal offset concerns over slowing economic growth.
Chinese reserves, the world's largest, rose by $9 billion in March to $3.099 trillion, central bank data showed on Sunday.
中美贸易协议的前景不断看好，打消了人们对经济增速放缓的担忧。受此影响，中国3月末外储规模连续第五个月走升。中国央行数据显示，今年3月末外汇储备为3.099万亿美元，为连续第五个月增加。

Well, that is a problem since that means they will have plenty of money to build more ship carries and become bigger than USA. We need to be more strong in charge more taxes on them to recup our money.
