China's Increased Investment Upsets Some Pakistanis

Guys let Pakistan & China handle this situation, why are you getting agitated ?

Pakistan`s relation with China is not about just money, it`s about more then that..

the funny part is China gives Soft loans for these projects in general which r then allocated to Chinese companies only who bring their workers along with them
So ultimately the money goes back into Chinese Economy itself plus they get the repayment of loan from the borrower country n goodwill also

So you mean to say, China gives Loan to a country, Chinese company goes into that country with Chinese workers, All the Chinese money is paid to the Chinese company and the Chinese workers (so China pays to the Chinese company and workers). Chinese company imports all things from Chinese companies (so China pays to Chinese companies again).

At the end of day the host country pays back to China for money paid by China to the Chinese companies and workers.

so for a 1 billion power project:
China comes builds a power plant in host country, gives 1 billion to Chinese people and demands the host country to pay back loan of 1.2 billion to the Chinese as principal +interest!

thats some way to make money and rip the host country. I can see the ROI for China on this investment to be upwards of 100%. and the host country paying through its skin to the chinese.

So Chinese 1 billion goes to Chinese banks again, and host country pays another 1.2 or 1.3 billion to China.

and furthur the Chinese equipment will have frequent breakdowns (as planned by Chinese to milk the cow furthur). And host country will pay millions to the Chinese engineers and companies for years apart from the 1.3 billion loan amount! that's soft!

Its the Sindhi Nationalist all over again ! These same vermin bombed the railway tracks repeatedly and vandalized other such infrastructure in the province of Sindh. Many of them want an Independent Sindh or a quasi-independent Sindh where we - the others - from other parts of Pakistan aren't welcome; thankfully the average Sindhi out there doesn't give a sh*t about them hence why they've never even won enough seats to form anything close to a Government in Sindh.

JF-17 is a poor value for money because it doesn't stand a chance against IAF PAK-FAs and Rafales.

If China was serious about Pakistan's defense, then it should have given away J-11 and promise to provide J-20 in 2018 instead. But all Pakistan got was JF-17, a junk plane that not even PLAAF wanted.

Point here is not about how LCA performs and what its capabilities are, point is you cheated your all-weather friend by providing them technologically backward, second class aircraft for heavy price, that too, when you had something better in your kitty to offer!!
