So China is troubled because it has 13.5 physicians compared to 27.5 in the USA? The truth is, first unsurprisingly the numbers are simply false. Chinas physicians are just barely below 20 and the USA slightly below 30 in the suggested statistics. Second that simple comparison is retarded. Japan, Canada, South Korea all have barely over 20, not much more than China. How comes Chinas numbers are "alarming"? The truth is Chinas numbers are fing great for a developing country. As the same report suggests about China in the USA the physicians dont actually serve people equally or at all. The inequality factor is much bigger in the USA with its absurd healthcare system focused entirely on an exclusive circle of wealthy people and not just Americans with healthcare cost you could never imagine in China. Many physicians in and drawn to the USA, by the cycle of wealth drawing talent drawing more wealth, are not actually serving any of those 100,000 American people in the statistics at all and just work for the domestic healthcare industry to make money on a global scale or just work exlusively for that one Saudi oil Sheik paying singlehandedly the wages of 20 and more physicians and another 30 successive researchers. Thats just historical developed economy and has little relevance to the suggested "common people" anymore.

Physicians arent all equal even if treated so in some statistics. 5 Indian scam "doctors" that bought their titles on the internet and couldnt even do a nurses job who come to the country just because its richer than India to work for some company that just sells products on the international market are not providing 5 times better healthcare than a real Chinese doctor who is actually there for me and can actually do his job.

No Chinese head to India for better treatment,the 0.000001% that went to India few years ago are those which seek cheap drugs,they can't afford the drugs in china or want to save money on medicines,which are priced 4-8 times more expensively in china .

For example, a cost-effective cancer drug Trastuzumab cost like 40000 rupees in India per injection, meanwhile in china the same would cost 2,83,000 rupees.

So ,to get those drugs few Chinese may have resorted to India.It's not a rare for foreigners to come to India for cancer and similar diseases treatment ,due to low drug cost in India and the copy cat alternatives that are available at even more cheap price,saving millions for them.

None of them goes to India for"better treatment",not due to the facilities or the doctors,they went there for cheap drugs.

But that's a case 4 years ago,Chinese gov made drugs in china more and more affordable,and Chinese are getting more and more rich and able to afford the vital cancer treatment drugs.

But y'all aren't here for facts or rational thinking ,but just propaganda,even if it's based on lie.

So the Chinese public is spending 1.5% of GDP on out-of-pocket medical bills whereas the American public is spending 1.8%, yet the article is claiming the U.S. system is more social friendly.
