China’s Fiscal Stimulus Exceeds 2020 Levels, Barclays Says

well 5% of US household income is spent on imports from China.
So what is the point of the US launching a trade war?

Not gonna spend time on such ridiculous notion. In other threads he says a depreciating RMB is good for exports, and in this thread he says the world will pick up the tab for more expensive Chinese exports. Heads or tails, either way he will exercise mental gymnastics and China will always come out winning. Copium max lol. IIRC like Erdogan he also believes increasing interest rate will add to inflation.
So you think China will lose. But the world will win? Why?

. .
well 5% of US household income is spent on imports from China. So his brilliant scheme of exporting inflation will only work on essential goods that is sole sourced from China. Besides how does one print more RMB and still preserve its strength vis-à-vis major international trading currencies? But yeah, thank god for the ha ha reaction button in response to copium max, I guess.
China has low inflation and strong exports. I don't see the problem

So what is the point of the US launching a trade war?
why, politics of course. Trump decided he was going to project a 'tough guy' image for his local audience by engaging in a trade war. But as a matter of fact, the trade deficit is overstated to begin with. When an iPhone is exported from China to the US. US customs will assess the value of that import as the current US market value of the iPhone lets say 1,000 USD - adding a thousand dollars to the US trade deficit with China. But in truth, the value of Chinese content in that iPhone is a small fraction of the true value of the goods imported. Same with an Android device, or a Windows laptop plus the OEM has to pay Alphabet or Microsoft a license fee to install the OS.

A 'Made in China' 5,000 $ pair of Jimmy Choo's although made entirely from Chinese raw materials will net China only a small fraction in returns. The bulk of the revenue stays with Jimmy Choo's in the US. Same with chemicals, such as 'pure sodium' used in nuclear reactors or in the production of solar panels - DuPont or BASF keeps the bulk of the revenue in the US or Europe. The story is very different with Chinese brands made entirely in China with Chinese raw materials. But we know there aren't many Chinese brands with international appeal. The published trade deficit and the issue of US imports from China is exaggerated.

well printing currency as suggested by your comrade will increase inflation, inflation will cause the RMB to lose value against major currencies. The exception to this rule is the USD.

In case you didn't know, the US has much higher inflation.

In case you don't understand English, I already said the US is an exception.
Because it is considered a safe harbor for capital during times of turmoil. Heck, even Russians citizens and government alike are scrambling to get their hands on every dollar they can scrounge up in the black market @200 Roubles to the dollar.

you are arguing with facts. US has higher inflation then China

The downturn in the real estate market is the result of policy restrictions issued by the government.
1. Restrict real estate investment and direct funds to the manufacturing industry to complete industrial upgrading.
2, squeeze out part of the real estate bubble and improve the national financial security.
Now the industrial upgrading has been successfully completed, and the export volume of new energy vehicles accounts for half of the world. C919 aircraft started manufacturing, domestic chips reached 14 nm, solar and wind energy equipment export first.Changjiang NAND flash memory to enter the iPhone supply chain.

But US can manage because high fed rate attracts MONEY..

WOrld knows China is decaying body . go check how Hongkong and Shanghai indices have lost value in last 5 years.. CHina lost 5Trillion in last year alone.

World doesnt trust CHina's fudged numbers anymore. Even CCP's LITTLE PINKS dont dare to invest into China thats why CCP had to curb the inflated real estate market.
lol Using stock value for money loss? check how much loss this year for US then.
WEALTH

Stock market losses wipe out $9 trillion from Americans’ wealth

Imagine not understanding the side effects of feds hiking the bond rate..
Money is being diverted back into same US system.

But for China .. LOL have you seen CCP's bond rates ?
If people are pulling money out of Stocks despite shitty returns CCP bonds. Then imagine how pathetic trust is among the domestic population. I guarantee that these CCP LITTLE PINKS living in foreign land didnt even invest 10% of their net worth back into Chinese economy apart from real estate.
Another Red Neck thinks the US economy is booming with the feds rate hike! The only reason for the feds to hike the rate is because US infaltion lost control! The side effect is that the US economy will have Recession!
If you cant understand the sdie effect of rate hike! GO and check your morgage rate! How much more you need to pay than a year ago!
