I am not for blind nationalism, but defending your own countries is a very natural thing for most people on this planet, how come when the Chinese do this we become paid trolls and when Indians do the same it is perfectly OK? Besides if I were an Indian I would avoid all international forums cause there isn't much positive stuff on India to talk about.

Defending one's own country is perfectly fine but insulting other people who have different views is not, such as the one quoted in the article on Lady Gaga and Tsai Ing-wen.

There are many comments on YouTube from Chinese nationalist typing in Chinese calling her neighbors dogs, US sugar Daddy, SEA monkeys etc.

When did I pretend that I'm Chinese? I'm ethnically Chinese but my nationality is Singaporean.
